This is a great article! a lot of good points and inspiration. I’ve been reinventing me for about 10 months so far and I’m down 55llbs, I can walk up the stairs without being out of breath and I can walk 4mph on the treadmill and I’m up to walking 6 miles a day which wouldn’t take so long if I could run LOL. I’m down from size 18 to 14 and it probably wouldn’t take so long except I like to eat. The newest goals are to eat more vegetable and less ice cream *snicker*
